Using drama to recruit entrepreneurs

Solar Sister is an innovative company that has repurposed the traditional multi-level marketing model for rural Africa by recruiting women to sell solar products, thus creating entrepreneurs while at the same time, expanding use of solar energy.

In addition to creating their sales tool-kit, Khanga Rue created a short film that Solar Sisters can use to recruit others into their sales network. This film is shown in community meetings and carried in tablets by recruiters.
